Maserati has unveiled a limited edition Ghibli and it’ll go on sale in October.
Production of the new Ghibli Ribelle will be capped at just 200 cars, and the 5 Series rival will justify its exclusivity status with a raft of high-end styling and elegant interior trims.
Bearing a sophisticated ‘Nero Ribelle’ metallic paint job, the car sits on shiny black 19-inch Proteo alloy wheels with contrasting red laser-etched details and red brake callipers.
Inside, there’s a two-tone black/red dashboard, black door panels and red central armrest, black leather sport steering wheel with tone-on-tone stitching and steering wheel paddle shifters.
The two-tone full premium leather sporty seats feature black/red with contrasting stitching and 12 position settings.
Meanwhile, the optional Ribelle Plus package provides even more luxury with laminated privacy windows for enhanced thermal and sound insulation, full-LED Matrix adaptive headlights, Harman Kardon premium sound system and opening sunroof.
Engine options for this new limited edition Ghibli will include the 271bhp V6 turbodiesel and two twin-turbo V6 petrols, delivering 345bhp and 424bhp respectively. All three powertrains are designed by Maserati Powertrain but built at Ferrari’s plant in Maranello.
Jess Wort, marketing manager at Petrol News, comments: “The Ghibli already represents a luxury option in a premium segment but this limited edition model really goes the extra mile.”
