Acclaimed luxury car manufacturer Rolls-Royce has teamed up with rock legend Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who, to create the first in a series of one-off collector's edition Wraiths.
The Petrol News office is simply buzzing with the news, as Daltrey will be the first of a number of rock icons to make their mark in adding their own unique design touches to what is arguably one of the most exclusive and luxurious vehicles on the planet.
Each of the nine 'Inspired by British Music' Wraith models will be a unique collaboration with Rolls-Royce, with the vehicles to be auctioned off in aid of a range of charities in the coming months, including The Teenage Cancer Trust.
It's a remarkable partnership that aims to celebrate the company's long history of connection to the rock and roll limelight, while helping to support an array of worthy causes in the process.
Stephen Hasley, brand manager at Petrol News, adds: "The Who certainly know how to rock and Rolls-Royce know how to make cars; we can see how this could be a marriage made in heaven for all lovers of exciting automotive design!"
