May 2019 will mark the launch of the London Supercar Show – a new two-day event to add to Britain’s growing list of reputable automotive exhibitions.
The inaugural London Supercar Show Live will be held at the historic Blackbushe aerodrome on the weekend of May 11-12th, and it promises to be a ‘celebration of supercar culture’.
Aside from drooling over a number of supercars on static display, visitors will have the opportunity to test drive certain models and take in the live-action of The Strip – a classic standing quarter-mile challenge for supercar owners and dealer demonstrations.
Organisers say the new event aims to bring a unique, high-octane dynamic to the traditional supercar show format and to be honest, we’re excited and optimistic.
Supercar owners will be invited to enter their pride and joy into the Best in Show event too, which focuses on styling, colour scheme, detail, specification and drama.
The show’s founder Tony Robinson (no, not Baldrick, we think) said the concept for the show was to “provide the perfect platform for supercar owners, dealers, the aftermarket industry and enthusiasts to share their passion and combine the excitement of live, high performance demonstrations, together with a business environment where people can seek out their next upgrade, accessory or car purchase”.
“This will be the dream destination for the trade, owners, enthusiasts and spectators alike,” he added.

Jess Wort, marketing manager at Petrol News, comments: “For many years, the UK only had Goodwood to shout about in terms of car shows, but the London Motor Show has gone from strength to strength every year and now we’re getting another promising event to stick in our calendar.”
